From Nissan, they are a dealer installed option. They only come on when you hit unlock or open the doors. They are more whiteish than blue the camera just made them look a little blue. I paid $400 to buy them and have Nissan install

I had them installed on my 2009 maxima although they weren't offered as an option until 12 or 13. They're a nice touch but kinda useless but certainly make the car standout at night

OP, these are the stock directly from Nissan puddle lights correct? They seem much brighter than mine.

Yes they are the oem ones, and they are white like my license plate LEDs, not sure why they came out more bluish, maybe the HDR in my phone.
