auto windows not working

So I just updated my mapping software. It seems like it screwed up my one click up/down windows. I know I saw a thread about how to reset it once but I can't find it.

In other words, I now have to hold my window switch up or down, instead of just clicking it once to roll the windows all the way down. I want to reset it so I can just click it once.

Thanks!

I don't remember the actual procedure, so I just held my switches all the way down for 5 seconds, then up for 5 seconds, then down for 5 seconds (continued hold after window achieved desired position) and mine started working again.

^^^ That's correct. You hold both front windows down at the same time and keep holding the buttons down for 10 seconds after the windows are already down and same procedure for automatic up too.

Thank you so much for this information! I have looked it up and followed the procedure twice and have still not managed to remember it from one time to the next. I think I'll write it down and make a placard for my dash. (A mind is a terrible thing to loose.)
