Racingline rear sway

Just got this bad boy in today and plan on doing my drop, sway bar and end links all at once. My one question is, racing line says their rear sway has two different settings. I'm not exactly sure how to adjust the stiffness or softness. It's my daily driver so I don't want it super stiff, just the sport mode stiffness that's the 50% setting. Is this adjusted through the endlinks? I don't want to pay to have a shop do this since no major tools are required other than a jack, jack stand, some wrenches and ratchets so any help would be appreciated

On the RSB, there are 2 sets of holes. Outer holes are the street setting. Inner holes are track (stiffer) setting. Put it on outer holes if you want better performance but not too harsh a ride...

Yup...the outer holes are the ones you want to use.
