Antenna aux cable install help

Just purchased this doodad cause I don't like how the USB port performs. My questions are these:

1). Had to get an antenna adapter. The blue wire attached to it where does it go?
2). Need a 12vDC power source for it because it has a switch. Preferably a power source that turns on in the ACC ignition mode.

Any help is welcomed. Thanx guys.

This set up will not work. The antenna adapter if for an aftermarket radio.

Actually it does work. Got it hooked up today. It'll work with any car that has an antenna hooked to the radio. That's the whole point.

How did you hook the antenna output from the isimple into the factory radio?

Just gotta get the antenna adapters to convert the antenna from that mouse clip to a standard antenna. Connect it all together. Had to hook up a two way switch (included in package). Install took less than an hour. I also got a Bluetooth hookup. That hooks into the rca jacks in the center console. I feel that to be the better option. If you get one of those need to make sure its APX (?) and that it'll auto pair each time the car is started. I got one off amazon for $25. The isimple was bought off jet.com for like $22.
