I am looking to buy a set of the 7th gen sport package black lens headlamps to replace my stock SV chromed headlamps. I looked at courtesy parts, and they are wanting over $700 for each headlight. I just need the headlamp housing that will work with my SV's stock HIDs. Does anyone know where I could get a new set cheaper? I looked on ebay, and some sellers are offering the all black housing lights. I like the look of those, but I am sure that the quality is subpar and the lenses are junk quality. Anyone know where I could get a set of all black lens lights if the sport editions are way too much?

Might need a lot of work, but painting the housing is another route for you to take.

Yeah, doing custom looks nice but I don't want to risk damaging or causing a moisture leak with them.

I would just prefer to buy the direct headlamp assembly swap, so I am unsure what the part numbers I need to get just that from nissan.

These are for the 7th gen. I just entered 2011 bc that's the year my maxima is. Not sure about build quality but it's way less than $700.

Those look good, but I would question the quality.

Those will not work for me, they are for halogens only. I have a SV with HIDs.

I would question the quality as well. They carry the HID package as well. Sorry about the wrong link

I know one of the part numbers for the sport package lamp is 26060-ZY80A. On courtesy parts, it's $726. All I need is the headlamp assmbly with all the brackets. I don't need the bulbs, since I can switch mine over. Anyone know of a cheaper source for OEM factory lights and not the aftermarkets?

You may want to try Car-part.com or local import salvage yards if you can't find any affordable quality aftermarket options

My car came with the sport headlights and 19" wheels and I baked & painted headlight housings - - looks much better & it's been 2+ years with zero issues whatsoever, no moisture, condensation, etc. and the car has seen temps from -30 degrees to over 100 degrees and everything in between. Food for thought.

If you're not looking to do that and you want new headlights only then you're best off with courtesy.

Agreed that customized headlights looks the best, but I'm not brave enough to take that on. If someone offered the service to paint the housings and covert to LEDs for a reasonable price I would do it. Who here really offers that service?

http://www.lightwerkz.net/ can retro fit your head lights but you will be without them for a few days.

If you want new only OEM lights your best bet is courtesy. $1450 for a set would make me brave enough to try to paint my stock housings though. Very sporadically they show up on eBay for less but it will probably take a while to find a set.
