this was probably already posted but i am new here so ive been having problems with my 2012 maxima my check engine light is on with a mas air flow code coming up my car wont go past 30mph at the moment and stalls when i go to give it gas. Now my maf code has come up before but i had the code cleared because i was told that its a reprogram but now this is happening where my car is basically stuttering as i am giving it gas is this just a simple replacement of the mas air flow sensor?

 

Have you tried cleaning it? It's a real simple process you can go to any auto parts store and pick up cleaner but IT HAS TO BE MAF SENSOR SPECIFIC!!! Just follow the directions on the bottle. Also while you're doing that you can do a throttle body cleaning as well in which they make a specific cleaner for that as well. This might help you out and save you from having to buy a new maf sensor.
