Musicbox frozen - SOS... SOS..

Ooopppsss. Driving along and suddenly the Musicbox is frozen (eternal "please wait" message). No symptoms before freeze.

Any experience with this? Can you reset, factory reset, ipl, boot, format, whatever? Is the eternal wait, not, in fact, eternal (but just seeming that way) ? What can be done?

Please advice... 7th Gen SV, 2010.

Try the easy way first. Remove the positive battery cable for at least 15 min and see it that resolves your issue.

Thanks... Tried it. Problem persists. Rest of system works fine (nav, bluetooth, phone, etc).

Hey newbie in Maryland.
I had minor problems with mine lat year and the dealer recommended someone outside that does this kind of work.
Call passport Nissan on Auth Road ....ask for Brian. (I think that's his name)
