Major AC problems. Please help
2010 Maxima: Here are the details:
AC stopped working. It is out of warranty, so took to our local AC mechanic. He replaced the compressor. It worked for a couple of weeks. Started acting up again. It will work one day and not the next. Took it to the Nissan dealer and had them diagnos it. They advised that all was good, but the clutch was not ingaging when the car told it to. They advised to replace the compressor and clutch again. So we did, had the compressor replaced again under warranty. The AC worked again for two days. Now it is back working some times and not the next. WTH. Please help me. It has to be a sensor or something telling the AC compressor to not come on.
