I need help please! I have a 2013 Maxima, has been driving find, as well as today. But to day when I turned the corner all of a sudden I was not in control. My vehicle was reving up, but the car seems to be have Tranny issues. But I fell the transmission attempting as I switch gears from reverse to drive, but car is not moving. Anyone able to give me some basic ideas, that can be causing this other than the tranny, if there is one. Thank you

 

It could be the CVT but it also could be the alternator. I could start and rev but in-gear it may or may not work at all. When my alternator failed, it was a lot like you described. If you have a VoltMeter, it is any easy test. Still expensive as the AC has to be removed to replace the alternator.
