HI All,
Can anyone explain to me the reason my heater works oddly?
when at operating temp the heater blows hot air normally @ 23 degrees C, (dash & floor vents). Then after about 15 - 20 min it will start to blow cold air.
Sometimes it will blow warm air from the dash and cold from the floor vent.

I topped up the fluid reservoir for the radiator, thinking that there was air in the system but no change.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Assuming you have plenty of refrigerant and the AC Compressor is working fine....
Try this link and go to the advanced menu. There is a page to reset the AC system from a diag perspective.

One has to consider the electronic temperature control unit is simply fubar...
