Ok, I recently got my front struts on my sport replaced due to knocking noises. The dealership ordered complete struts for the front, part #E401-9DA0JNW. The problem is it does not ride the same like its supposed to. It now feels more "cushiony". It also sits higher in the front than it ever has. And it just doesn't seem to be as responsive as its supposed to be. Before the steering was much more tighter and felt more stiff. Even when i bought the car new it felt stiff, which i liked the way it felt and handled. I believe they may have ordered the wrong part. So my question is this. What is the actual difference between the sport and premium model suspensions? I know the premium rides softer and the sport more stiff. But what is it that actually gives them those characteristics? Is it the shocks? Springs?. Not even the dealerships can tell me the difference. I would really really appreciate help on this subject.
