My 2010 Maxima keeps responding System Not Ready when pressing the Talk button. I also get the same message when trying to access the User Guide under Voice Recognition. I disconnected the battery and no change

 

Folks dealer told me that the AV Module needs to be replaced.

Anyone know where to purchase or collect a used one?
