removing the dash/radio
hello. recently I broke the aux port on my 7th gen. some how it come loose. so instead of spending crazy money to fix it I figure I try to fix it myself by getting a new aux port. but I don't know how to remove the radio/dash to get to the aux port. I tried looking on youtube for videos and google but no luck. anyone know how to/ have any videos? I have the stock radio setup like in the pic. thank you to anyone who replies
UPDATE: So I finally got it! But the aux is sothered into the motherboard thing like in the picture .I'm not tech savvy so I'm not going to do that. Should I just get a whole new motherboard or fix the aux? If so where can I get a motherboard/aux piece?

I have a 2014 with Bose never tried to use Bluetooth for music so don't know about that. I don't think it would be worth it to replace the mother board. If you can't fix it yourself find some local electronics shop to fix it for you. Should be an easy fix for them.

my 2011 can use the bluetooth to play music from the phone, my radio is the bose upgrade w/o nav. or other fancy display settings. Like mentioned just use your chord & plug into the the location in the center console. as far as any removal/upgrade of the radio there is a thread on this site (I believe in the electronic/radio forum) the a owner replaced the radio/air control readout screen (orange screen) with an actual tablet with some auto apps & such. might be helpful...
god luck!
