Still having issues...

So... I was have some issues, thought it was the transmission. However, installed a salabaged inti, but having same symptoms after the install, whining noises, low power. Was wondering if this could be the torque converter? Anyone ever had one go bad? If so, why was it doing?

Also, I have the whining noises even if the car is in park...

Any suggestions?

Have you ruled out any other moving part on the engine that could whine, alt belt, tensioners, aux equipment bearings?
