Adjustable rear swaybar

i was looking to get a rear sway bar but I need some info. Does anyone have any useful info on them? How hard is it to install yourself?

I don't think they make a adjustable swaybar.. Stillen and others make a fixed sway bar... If you have any Mechanical ability... should take about 30 to 40 minutes to install yourself.
