Lost acceleration all of a sudden

I took my 09 Maxima in for rust proofing (oil based one). After the rust proofing, the front brakes made sounds and they dont grab as much anymore so I took it back in, they sprayed the front rotors with brake clean and wiped it off. When the car left the shop after the brake cleaner spray, I lost acceleration right away.
Car is slower to take off and I need to push it harder for it to move.!!!... The noises in the brakes are still there, they still dont grab as much. Could the rustproofing possibly made damage to the brakes? I feel that there is some sort of resistance in the car from the brakes since its lost acceleration all of a sudden. I'm not suspecting that its a powertrain issue. Don't know what to do from here, It could be powertrain but I'm really feeling that the calipers are rubbing a little bit causing resistance but I really dont know

Please help

Just take your car to a brake shop that does brakes as a business. They will be able to tell you if there is anything wrong with them.

That's a bummer, and the reason I never let anyone touch my stuff.

Pull codes. Start there.
