How to replace tensioner on 09 Maxima?

How do you get the top bolt out on this belt tensioner?

even with an offset wrench it won’t fully connect the bolt without slipping/stripping

Go to Harbor Freight and get a set of these long offset metric wrenches 32042. They are more offset than most and I have replaced my tensioner twice. Granted, it is a bit slow going but they do work. Patience is key
