Need Help: Can't find bluethooth option in my settings

Hey guys, I have an odd scenario I can't resolve. I have a 2010 SV, center counsel has a sticker that says bluetooth, cd, dvd etc. Steering wheel has the phone button, when I plug in my phone to the USB port in the arm-rest area it says "USB device connected" and the radio makes 2-3 beeps as if to confirm a device is connected....however, I can't do anything from there...?? There is no "bluetooth" option in my settings, no phone settings etc. Any ideas?

My goal was to stream my music to the radio w/o needing to buy an aftermarket converter. I currently have one and it puts out a lot of static noise.

I went to the Nissan website to see if it was a compatibility issue with my phone but it’s compatible. I use an iPhone 8plus. I also tried an android phone(note 10plus) and no luck. I might look for my old iPhone 4s just to try it and I’ll update you. Here’s the link to the Nisan website.

Could be a technology incombatability issue as there is about a 10 year spread in your car's BT and the device you are trying to connect with.

Not sure?

I have the same problem I don't think it plays audio over the Bluetooth just the phone conversations... Whatever reason??... There should be a auxiliary output that works just fine...

Do you have NAV? If not, bluetooth streaming won't be supported (even with Nav on a 09 bluetooth is phone only) USB or bluetooth gateway via aux should play though.

Same here I was able to connect my phone to the car and even talk on phone through bluetooth but not able to play music. When I press the aux button it says no phone selected for connection or something like that but I can still talk on phone (Iphone XR) through car speakers.
