Is the new master switch OEM or aftermarket?

Well two things to check

1.) Note that there are two different Master Switches for the 09 (and others although I can only speak from my experience) Take a look at the old and see if both the front and rear have an "A" on the ALL switches. You many have gotten one that isn't for your car. If the original had As and the replacement doesn't (or the inverse) you have the wrong switch.
2.) Take a look at the lock button on the Master Switch. If it is turned on, the rears shouldn't work. Same with the locks.

This is exactly what happened my original master had only 2 A’s whereas the new master had all A’s making it the wrong master thanks LtLeary
