2009 Flooded rebuild

Hi all! I am new to the forum and new to Nissan. I have been working on cars for around 10 years but have never owned a Nissan. I recently picked up a flood damaged 09 Sport. The car is in wonders shape overall cosmetically. I am currently trying to get it to start, however I keep blowing the 120A fuse on the pos terminal. I have changed the oil, filter and battery is good. I am attempting to get it to turn over with plugs out so I can see if water comes out. However I cannot get it to turn over. When I press the start button I get a click and it blows the fuse. Any ideas on what to check?

To blow a 120A fuse something is more than likely seized up, like a pulley, AC compressor or alternator, even the engine or starter solenoid. Check all the wiring from the batt to the starter. Make sure nothing is shorted out Can you rotate the crankshaft manually?
