Help, I hit something and now my Altima has shaking issues

My 2015 Nissan Altima drove fine. Only 42000 miles. Was driving. Started shaking. I pulled over. Turned it off. Started it back up. The skid indicator light came on. Stays on. The check engine light came on and stays on. Now it gets full power. But when I put in drive or reverse. It won’t move. The engine revs up. But car won’t move. Any suggestions. I need help.

I will tomorrow. I gotta get to the car. Also I failed to mention. I did hit something the day before. On the passenger from side. I’m thinking that might have something to do with it.

That's a pretty big fail. So you wrecked your car. And now you have problems. Shocking. I suspect the wizard. Will be around shortly to fix. Your title as well. Good luck, buddy.

I didn’t wreck it. I just hit the side of a divider. I hit it a little hard. Around the front passenger wheel. So I’m thinking it could be a sensor. But not wrecked or even body damage. I just need help.

You need a mechanic.

Why are you posting on a Maxima forum and not an Altima forum?

I changed your thread title to something that has meaning besides "HELP". Will likely move your thread to the Other Cars sub-forum in the next day or so.
