Hello,

I am new to the forum and a new owner of a 2009 Maxima SV and I have some questions. The car has heated/cooled drivers seat and the led light on the **** lights on both heat and cool but the seat won't cool on the cool setting. I would think I should hear the fan when I turn the switch on but I don't. Can anyone tell me how to trouble shoot this?

Also the LED lights light up on both switches for the heated function also but being its 90 degrees out I can't tell if they are working. Any way to confirm they are working in these summer months?

Ok all I did finally hear the fan working but it "was" only working on the low speed. But after trying all the speeds several times, it then would work on other speeds. Turn key off, turn back and and try again and once again it only works on the low cool speed. Is this a bad switch? Dirty contacts? Are there any relays or contactors somewhere I can check?

Thinking back a few years a member did a great writeup om the climate comtrol seats. You may wish to do a search on this forum.
