My 2010 maxima has been making a popping noise when I’m accelerating from a stop. It seems once I press the gas pedal it takes it 1/2 a second before it goes but it won’t move until it pops. It also does it at any speed where I take my foot off the gas it pops out and when I press the gas it pops back to accelerate. It’s almost like when the car shifts weight. Another problem I’ve been experiencing is when I go to break, (fairly hard) when I get close to stopping, the car lurches forward pretty hard, almost if it’s getting really tight and then letting go. Super annoying!!

Popping under acceleration is normally on most cars is not good. In this case I think its motor mounts, mine went at 125K on my 2012.
