7th generation maxima S. the car runs great, I just found out that the motor mounts are broken.. i read a post about this code and some air intake hose possibly being tore and so id like info on what hoses i should check before putting money into other things it might be.. would broken motor mounts cause the hose to disconnect and have the P0171 code come on?

 

There are a few vacuum hoses under the hood and yes, broken motor mounts could possibly cause them to wear, especially the one along the firewall but there are other reasons for a p0171 as well ranging from fuel pressure to MAF sensor. While changing out the motor mounts, just take a look at all the hoses and be sure to post back what you find!
