2013 Maxima Low Beam bulb

Not sure which replacement bulb to put into a 2013 maxima. I know the SV says to use HID, but when I look at the light produced from the working light its pretty weak and yellow vs white.. The bad light is dim vs blown, just a dark orange coming out of it now.

I'm not sure if this car is an SV trim. Its leather with bose system and fog lights, but doesn't have a nav system or bluetooth (phone calls only). Id like to put new Xenon in it as the lights are horrible when they both work.
Any idea which bulbs to order? Dealership is like 350 to do this I read.
The fender is missing and I can easily remove the bulb housing.

Thanks

To be honest, as the fender is missing, it would be best just to pull the old bulb out and see.

But if it is xenon it is a d2s.if not it is H11.

It's the h11 and I replaced it and have same issue. I'm guessing it's grounding wire at this point. Will try cleaning and see what happens. The other light is a bright white. I'm also thinking I have two different bulbs in it.
