Engine tick

I just installed a K&N intake on my 2014 nissan maxima, right after the installation was complete the car ran fine for about 30 minutes, I then proceeded to drive it with no proplems for about 10 minutes. It was after 10 minutes of driving that I decided to do pull, (4k rpm) after the pull the engine started ticking loud. It will run forever and the car still feels responsive but noise sounds very bad. Any clue as to what the problem might be? The car has only 61,000 miles on it.

The clicking sound seems way to loud and fast to be internal engine related at idle speed. Could be something fell into a moving part from the installation. Reminds me of the card in the bicycle spokes sound.
