I did a manual swap on my 13 maxima about a year ago and in doing so needed to remove my TCM. Now, state inspection time rolls around and come to find out my state (Massachusetts) requires cars to have a TCM in them to pass emissions. I sold my original TCM with my automatic trans but was wondering if anyone had any sort of experience with spoofing a TCM in a way. I just need to make the car think it has a one so that I can get it inspected and pass. Seen it done on other cars but wondered if anyone of the maxima manual swap community had experience??
