Monroe QuickStruts on 2011 Maxima

I just replaced my worn suspension on my 2011 Maxima SV. I installed the Monroe QuickStruts on the front and Monroe OESpectrum shocks on the rear. The ride is amazing! There's no noticeable difference from the stock ride I had when I bought the car a few years ago. I have read about people who installed these struts and say they continue to have problems with their ride quality, strange knocking sounds, etc. I believe these people had other issues along with the struts. I replaced every other suspension component with TRQ parts and am very pleased with my results. Time will tell how long these components will last. With 187,000 miles, I may never see the day they wear out again. When/if they wear out, I'll just replace them again.

I have the Monroe Quick struts and KYB shocks. Nothing wrong with them at all. The car rides the same as it did when I first purchased it. I read through forums a lot of comments about the quick struts banging when hitting bumps, and then read others saying they noticed no difference. So I decided to try them myself and I'm very satisfied. I put them on and went about my days with absolutely no issues. Been a few years now and their great.
