Replace or what?
Replace or what?
I have a 2010 Nissan maxima that I bought not too long ago, it looks like at some point in the cars life they replaced the transmission, when I first got the vehicle it acted fine and I had some fun with the car. Shortly after the vehicle had a slight hesitation around 5-10 mph, overtime it changed to 10-15 and now at 20 mph. It also sometimes instead of shuddering decides to just drop RPM all the way and then hard shift back to where it was, I’m a little unsure on if I should be looking to replace the cvt or what I can do to possible help the problem as it is, it’s driven for a few thousand miles the way it is and at times acts perfectly normal, any advice? Questions? Or anything that could help I’d really appreciate it!!!

Don't spend another dollar on it
If you replace the CVT you're going to
experience the same Jatco CVT failure down the road.
Don't Do it
