The Nissan website implies that the Platinum is the only trim with cooled seats. The salesman at a dealership I went to said it's on the SR as well and I sat in one (not running) that showed the dials with both red and blue markings on them, implying that it did have cooled seats.

Can any SR owners confirm?

I live in the desert and cooled seats are a must when you have leather.

Thanks for the info. I'm not sure why the website doesn't show cooled seats on the SR trim, only pops up as a feature on the Platinum.

 

It's listed clearly in the specs on Nissan's website that SR and Platinum have climate controlled seats.

I see that now. That's weird because in the more graphically intensive part where you can explore each trim level, it still only shows heated seats on the SR when you are clicking through the features. Good to know though. I wish the SR had the memory seats though...kind of aggravating that a car at that price wouldn't.

The cooled seats were the first thing I checked for on the SR model! Here in Houston, that will be a much appreciated feature!

I had never thought much about cooled seats, but after enjoying them for almost seven years on my 2009 7th gen, I have come to really appreciate them. Bring on the sunny weather!
