Anyone have any success on attaching your maxima to nissan connect app and being able to use it? App connects via Bluetooth but I am not able to add my vehicle. Keep giving me error 20033.

Anyone had any luck?

 

Did you create an account on the owner portal?

 

Yes I have. It shows up online on the owner portal, but I can't add it on my phone app which then I can't use that app.

 

Is nissan connect included on the SL?

all trims of the '16 Maxima have the NissanConnect w/Navi included...

 

I haven't been able to connect yet (had the car for 6 weeks). I have a ticket open with Nissan Connect.

After a service visit, they decided that the NC broadcast module might be the culprit, and are sending a replacement. I'm not in any hurry to spend hours at the dealer getting that particular item fixed, though. I don't plan on paying for the service, so it isn't high on my list.
