Interior Appliques

Anyone have any good pictures of them and maybe before and after pics? Or maybe just a little review or general comments about them. I'm wondering if it'd be worth it to add these in my pearl white platinum.

I have the black appliqués and they are well worth it in my opinion, especially with the black interior. It makes the plastic covers it replaces look cheap by comparison. And it replaces the trim on the ac vents for a more sleek look across the dash. I posted a pic of my interior in a thread I created, hopefully you get the jist of the look.

@wyobbagy: Do the dash and door pieces still have the diamond cuts/marks in them, like the stock pieces? Are you still pleased with the product? Is it just like the kit sold from Nissan (solid pieces or overlay)?

I think I'm gonna go with the Carbon Fiber appliques. Thanks everyone! I'll put up pics when I get them installed.

I'm contemplating getting my trim pieces hydrodipped...just can't decide on the design yet.

Interior Appliques - Carbon Fiber

Did anyone ever install these? I think they would look great in my new Maxima, but the dealership charges a restock fee if I don't like them. I am looking into them and the shift **** in carbon fiber as well.

You can wrap these interior pieces with vinyl. It is a very cheap alternative, about $25 in vinyl. However the diamond pattern does show through of course. I tried piano black, blue carbon fiber to match the stitching in my SR and satin pearl white since the exterior is white. I ended peeling it all off and went with satin black.

The piano black looks really clean, I like the way you did it: selectively. And if you're going to do it, you're definitely better off getting 35 pieces opposed to 6 from Nissan for the same price. On our platinum I find the wood trim ill suited to my taste. With the quality of the leather and the rest of the interior, that kind of wood only belongs in a Chevy. I find the aluminum look trim on my SL to be a little better, although I would have much preferred the liquid chrome from the SR.

I added them as well, also with a black interior. Overall look far exceeds the factory cheap plastic finish. Sometime you can score a set of these from EBAy at a little better price than the MSRP.
