Complimentary service plus issue
So I been having some issues with the complimentary service plus plan. I have a policy number and a plan that was Sent to by Nissan USA , but every time I got to the dealers for service my car doesn't appear in the system for the promotion .So the dealer couldn't perform the service ,I called Nissan back and told them the issue as they keep passing me form person to person moral of the story in still not showing up in the system .At this point I'm so frustrated I don't no what to do ,any suggestions would be greatly appreciated .

If I recall my sales rep says the first congrats e- letter you got with the number (what I brought to the table when purchasing the car) gets sent back to the service team. The service team is supposed to enter that and create a service profile for you then. I'll double check I got this right.

I have and email with the policy number the congratulations email and everything else .I called today I have a friend who works as a service writer he called Nissan for me they said they have to correct it in their system and it will take a few days .Now I'm wondering when will the policy be effective if they get it corrected I already have 5,000 miles and paid out of pocket for the first service .i been dealing with the issue since I purchased the car in June
