SR price quote

Hello,

I test drove a SR last week and told a local dealer what I wanted(white exterior/camel interior) and I received a $41000k sticker price quote with $2500 in rebates and incentives. That would put it at $38500 with all the options I want including spoiler, rocker molding, interior lighting, exterior ground lighting, splash guards, sports mats, and lighted kickplates. I think it is a good price. What do you guys out there think? Thanks...

I bought a Platinum with all of those options for about the same price. My base sticker was $41K+ then added spoiler, illuminated sill plates, and under car lighting to make the deal. I traded a car in so the numbers can be played with, but I am guessing I got at least $4500 off the net value of the car with the added options.

Did you look at Truecar.com?

Maxima SR here go for around $35K (none of the dealer options though), no bargaining needed. I traded a car in for mine but we still set the price to $35000 from the beginning. (SR, no other add ons except splash guards and mats, none of which I wanted).

Just sealed a deal with Waco Nissan for $38500 with all the options I wanted except for the rocker moldings. I tried and tried to get a lower price offer with no avail. They kept saying they would take a loss at the price I offered which of course is probably not true. Anyways, I got 1.9% for 60 months. Many other dealers I researched in DFW and even Houston were a bit higher for the exact same car. I pick it up tomorrow, so excited I probably won't even sleep good! I will post some pics soon!

If you like the car, and feel you got a great deal then be happy and don't dwell on it. theres always someone who will get a better or worse price than you did somewhere. Have fun and enjoy your Maxima!

Exactly. I paid MSRP and got Kelley Blue book for my trade. Just what I asked for. They found the car I wanted 300 miles away an had it delivered here on their dime. They ordered all the accessories I wanted that the car didn't have and installed them for free. I probably could have gotten a little better deal, but I am very happy with the deal I got. I got in mid-June, back before the discounts.
