Where are the photos of coilovers on the 8 gen? Thinking of buying a 8 gen SR in black, but want to buy coilovers and 370 nismo wheels asap. Have contact at nissan parts and nissan store in my dealer group. buying at invoice less holdback and minus rebates. Any help is appreciated. I did search but couldnt find anything quickly. Debating between the 16 Maxima SR and 15Q50S both new. about $100/mo difference and I know this is a maxima page so dont get your feelings hurt. My company wants me to buy nissan but the Q50 hurts the game.......deciding tomorrow

 

Tough decision. I haven't seen many 8th gens let alone much mods so far. Q is slicker looking I think... LGB

Thanks, but he is on springs. I'm talking coilover suspension. $250 compared to 1000$. Apples and oranges. Looks great and I appreciate the help.

 

Did you decide yet? I'm sorry I didn't reach out about lowering my 7th on springs but life got in the way! I'm really torn about this 8th gen but the Q looks better I think than it. Hope you get an answer...bump ;-)

 

Bought a 16 SR pearl white. Already tinted, debadged, installing strut tower bar in a few minutes and has a gloss black roof wrap appointment on Thursday. I'll be wrapping all the chrome trim black and need to find out what is compatible with the car as far as coilovers. I have 7gen sport springs and a black painted 13 grille for sale.

 

Who makes the strut tower.

Stillen STB fits and racing line fits from 7 gen compatible with 8 gen.
Springs are compatible but not sure about coilovers working for the 7/8 gen

 

Not sure.... You heard anything?? Springs swap from 7 and 8 gen. Do coils?
