Tint or Change Lights?

Originally, I was planning on changing my low beams to HID, fog lights to LED and changing the back up and license plate lights to LED. However, now I am wondering if I should get my car tinted before changing the lights because i was planning on buying my car in July (summer). What should I do first? I most likely will not have enough money for both.

Would be personal preference. I would prefer to do the lighting first.

I live in CA so I was thinking about tinting first because over summer it gets hot and tints are used to block UV so I thought it would be better for the leather. But I hate the halogens so much haha

I'd tint first being that you live in CA, but don't go looking for cheap HIDs to try and kill two birds with one stone. You get what you pay for.

I was planning on buying the Kensun HID kit from amazon. What do you think about that kit?

I would say tint anyway....but since it's in July, that would need to be done ASAP for me.

I've heard a lot of quality issues with Kensun, I would recommend xenondepot or morimoto.
