Led swap

Ok as promised here are my baby steps towards switching out the bulbs. I changed out the door courtesy lights, foot wells, vanity, trunk, and license plate lights. I wanted to do the rear passenger lights but wasn't sure how to pry the caps off. So interior wise I have he glove box left and rear passenger. I read that the map lights might be soldered in so I don't want to mess with those.

There has been lots of discussion but are you doing the rear tail/brake lights? I keep hearing a resistor is required for each light. Anyone done this md and what source did you use?

I wasn't too sure about those. I thought part of them were LED already. But I wasn't sure of that was the running lights or the brake lights. I would be interested to hear what people have done.

New to forum. I have been doing ok with searching the forum for answer but this particular question haven't seen an answer to or maybe i overlooked it. I will be changing my turn signals to leds. I understand there are 2 types of bulbs ck (i think its called) and standard. I know the back turn signals are standard would just like an official answer as to if the front turn signal are standard as well?

I believe the front T/S's are not LED too. From what I understand, you would need to change out the T/S flasher to get a steady slow blink from the new LED replacement bulbs. Some suggest adding resister to each socket to moderate the fast flash

yes i understand that part but when searching for led bulbs some sites say to make sure i need a standard bulb and not a ck bulb. I'm am not sure which one would be used for front turn signals.
