Finance Rates

I'm really interested in getting a new Maxima but I will need to finance it. The current rate (here in Canada) is 0% for 5 years for a SV or SR. Does anyone have any idea whether the rate will increase when the 2017s hit the market? There will likely be no changes, but it's getting close to MY-end I think it's worth waiting. But I also don't want to miss out any year-end deals and sacrifice the color I want in order to wait. FOMO is real!! Any suggestions on how to approach this? Thanks!

They change the incentives monthly. Hard to say at this point. But when the 2017s come out, the 16s will definitely be discounted. At the same time, 0% is very difficult I come by. Surprising they did this for a first year model.

they will probably still offer it for MY-16 to get them off the lot, you would probably have to wait until the end of MY-17 to see that offer come up.

my local nissan is offering 0% for well qualified buyers. They have boat loads of 2016 that has been there since 7 months ago, I looked at some of their cars and saw the build date, tells me that the dealer is sitting with their inventory for a long time.

My local dealer has moved a good 12-13 Maximas in the last few months- they were holding into MSRP till around February- finally started discounting and add in the incentives and they moved the cars.

I got 60 months at 1.9% APR end of March. Build date of 02/16. The dealer I bought from does high volume.
