Cars.com, Costco Auto Buying Program, and TrueCars

Has anyone had any luck with these 3? Thoughts on using these services?? Is one better than the other?

My dad trusts Costco, but I got a deal on my maxima using truecars. I went into truecars and shortlisted maxima to check on prices in my area. Same day I got an email from one of the local dealership for a brand new 2016 nissan maxima s model for 27,500. It was a dealer certificate which prompted me to go in and was able to get one for 29,900 + 500 (Outside financing) This price includes everything so its out the door price.

One annoying thing about Truecars is your information is somehow passed onto dealers in your area and you end up getting calls from different dealers. You have to provide the email id and telephone number in order to get any discount certificates from the dealership in your area. So I would say a minor annoyance but worth it since you would get an excellent deal.
