Got a picture of the Delintes on your wheels? Trying to see how big the sidewalls are. Also, how are the tires themselves? heard mixed reviews

Yup. I had 20x8.5 on mine. In fact, I am selling my wheels as I have traded my Maxima in. TSW Nurburgring gunmetal w/ mounted Michelin Pilot Sport 4s w/ TPMS.

Love your set up man. It looks perfect. Great choice on wheels and colors. Can you tell me what off set are those wheels? Do you have any rubbing issues?

245-45-20 20x10 rims 38 offset with no rubbing

I've been looking around to find out if 20x10 rims will fit all around my 2016 maxima. I was told by Wheelfire that they will rub. So I didn't listen to them and I'm glad I didn't. WHY? Cause there is no rubbing at all front or back. So today I'm even going to be dropping it down 1.4 with Eibach springs. I feel like I could have ran 255/45/20 with some rubbing on the backside of wheel wall plastic cover.

Why would you put a wheel/tire combo like that on the Maxima. Awful idea!

I think you have a perfect setup man. Wheels are flush with the fenders, tires stretched but not too much. Im just wondering if you have any rubbing issue against the fenders or against the wheel liner when turning full turn?

Well I understand it because I watched my son and his buddies do this to Japanese compacts in the late 90's -2000's. Of course they all rode and handled like sh*t. haha

Great look squared look sir! I've been shopping for wheel/tire combo for sometime now...for a squared up look. Don't really care for stretched tire look...loving the tires look mounted to those wheels. I think this would be a great setup for my 7gen max. Cool on how flush she sets cornered up. Are you running stock or any suspension mods?

you running 20s with eibachi springs? . I wanna lower my 2014 max, and seen done good 20s for sale , but cant decide between 20s or 19s... afraid of rubbing or if got passengers in the back as well. Any feedback greatly appreciated.

You have a 7th gen that you’re interested in putting aftermarket wheels and tires on and lowering it with springs? If that’s the case you have no worries there like you do with the 8th gens. On my 7th gen I was running 20x10.5 with +30 or 28 (can’t remember exact offset but it was low) squared on springs before going to air and I had no problems at all. You should be good with a pretty wide range to choose from 19’s or 20’s.

Insight

New member here, scrolled through many posts but still wanted some insight; have a 2017 maxima sr thinking of upgrading my rims
would 19x8.5 +40 with 245/40/19 front and 19x9.5 +40 with 265/35/19 rear work or would there be fitment issues, any insight appreciated

That is nice! I was thinking about 20x10 (40 offset) but worried since you rubbing...I guess it can be solved with a slight fender roll/pull

Wow looks awesome! What kind of wheel/tires are you using? Do they rub at all. I want to put the same set on my 2018 Max. Thanks in advance!

2018 Nissan Maxima S

Finally got around to putting wheels on!

2018 Nissan Maxima S
-20" Asanti Black ABL-22 wheels, 20x8.5 +38 offset all around
-245/35/20 Lexani LX-Twenty tires all around
-Sits flush with the fenders
-Lowered on Eibach springs with no rubbing issues (just got it lowered the day of these pictures, so they haven't settled yet)
-Also thinking about getting slightly bigger tires in the back (maybe 245/40/20) as it looks like I still have quite a bit of room. Gonna wait for the springs to settle before I make a decision

And yeah yeah I know my HIDs are WAAY too blue (10000k temp lol). I'm changing the bulbs soon to better match the DRLs. Fogs are 3000K LEDs.

I have to say you got it right with those wheels! Just enough trim out so the black does not remove the detail present there. Do agree the 5000k headlights will give a better look (white instead of blue) and you will see further. The jury is out on the fog lights color for me however. Is that a vinyl lfog light cover? On my 2016, I added clear covers there just to protect the lenses. Keep us posted!

Thank you, I definitely agree! It is not a vinyl fog light cover, it's stock. Mind providing a link to where you got the covers?
