Steering Wheel Alignment Question

My '16 Platinum was delivered in January in full alignment BUT the steering wheel is slightly off center. The car tracks straight(as I try hard to avoid broken roads and potholes), but the off center steering wheel still bothers me. My service advisor says: "As far as the steering wheel concern we can take a look at it most likely since you feel the steering wheel itself is canted or off center to one side we could perform a steering angle adjustment rather than performing an alignment. On the Maxima it can be a tedious process (3-5 hrs) if the lane departure/early warning detection systems need to be recalibrated since they all work with the steering angles."

Huh?

Huh?
Sounds like he is blowing smoke - Lane departure? Not on a Platinum Maxima is there?
