The package does not appear to be an option in Canada.

The rocker panel moldings came as a factory installed option on my car. To be perfectly honest, I would have dropped them without blinking an eye to save the $420 MSRP they cost if that was an option.

I started out wanting your listed options but skipping the interior lighting and the rockers and outside lighting but since it was an ordered car, We ended up getting everything except the rear diffuser. After the car was delivered, guess what, I added the rear diffuser! Hopefully you could see a Max side by side with the desired options. One thing that is really cool is the outside rocker lighting. Try negotiating on tjhe loaded car with all options. For me there was not much difference in the monthly lease cost. It took 8 weeks to get the car from the initial order date

I have the splash guards. Don't find them to stop much dirt or mud. They probably will help with rock chips though. In any sense, I'm glad I have them. The best thing I've spent money on so far though was a set of the WeatherTech front floor mats. Absolutely worth every penny. I am planning on getting the WeatherTech trunk mat as well. I don't have a spoiler on my white Platinum but am planning on getting the dealer to install the gloss black SR spoiler on it since I have the black 19" SR midnight wheels.
