Alright, had my steering wheel replaced, and I feel like maybe the dealer didn't snap the grey/silver trim that surrounds the airbag correctly... I need y'alls help. At 6:00 on the steering wheel where the grey/silver trim angles down to create the small opening, inside of that opening, does the grey/silver trim flush out with the black trim towards the back of the steering wheel? Or does it sit a little higher than the black trim and have somewhat of a rough edge?

 

Have you tried comparing yours with a picture from the Nissan web site. That would be the easiest way to tell.

 

Have tried... There's not really the angle I need. The photo shows from behind the wheel. This should help better explain

 

Went to a different dealership today and checked out a steering wheel on another maxima. It's the same as mine... wonder why the trim piece is offset like this? Oh well.
