I am looking to get my windies tinted on my maxima and i want to see your pics. Trying to decide between 30% or 35 %. 35% is legal in illinois. My favorite shop uses formula one tint and i will go with the pinnacke series.

just picking it up from getting ceramic pro H9 gold level on the paint and ceramic 25% tint
the ceramic tint is the way to go blocks UV and IR = blocks heat
Bought this bad boy last Saturday with 24 miles on it. Had windows tinted this week, 15% all around, with 50% on the windshield, all ceramic films that are awesome for helping keep the heat out of there car. Also had black sports spoiler installed this week too.
It's only 50% on the windshield. Not really a noticeable difference in how well you can see out, but it's supposed to cut down on glare and heat.
Exactly, you cannot even tell it is on there, there is no dye in the tint. It reduces glare, but more importantly, since its ceramic, deflects UV and also deflects/absorbs heat, thereby drastically reducing the cabin temperature in the summer. I recommend it to everyone. Did it on my last car, and will do it to every future care that I have. Check it out if you haven't yet, the kind I got is Llumar Air Blue 80.
I also see that I mistyped earlier, it is actually 80% not 50%.
