I have a new 2017 Platinum. I find that the driver's side seat bottom doesn't seem to cool. The seat back portion of the seat (the low lumbar area) gets downright cold. But the seat bottom (and granted I may have a thicker than normal butt) doesn't feel like it gets cool at all.

I was wondering if this was an issue in these cars?

I did a search but all I really saw were threads about heating but not much on the cooling.

As spring and summer arrive here in Florida, I was hoping to get this resolved soon.

So thanks for any thoughts or information.

 

Take the car in to the dealer to check it out. My Platinum seems to cool the whole seat with no problem. Be aware that the circulation motor in the seat makes a faint noise you will hear at a standstill. That was driving me crazy till i figured out the source. Good luck with your fine car.
