Tach and Speedometer Gagues Move after car is turned off

Hi guys, I've got a 2016 Platinum, and notice that after I turn the car off, and i'm just sitting in it for a few minutes (usually because I'm wrapping up a phone call) that my speed and tach gagues move slightly, approximately 40 seconds or so after the car is turned off. It happens after the digital display has finished giving me my MPG summary, and has turned off. The gauges dip slightly, and then go back to zero.

anyone else notice this?

As A36-SR indicated, this is normal. I have owned 3 Titans and all have done this, and now my '16 SR.

When power is removed from the system (i.e. killing the engine) there is still residual power in the cluster. These indicators are nothing more than stepper motors, as as indicated by A36-SR, right before the residual pwer bleeds off, the system does a quick calibration check or "zeroing" of indicators so it knows that when you start the engine, zero" is actually "zero".

'dem Nissan geeks are purtty smart, huh?
