For those of you who have let their SXM subscription expire, can you tell me if the SXM color station icons disappear or do they still show but just don't work?

All of the stations light up as 'Preview' once the subscription expires.

 

Some things that NEVER expire are the unending emails (over 200 on one of my email IDs and over 100 on another), snail mails and even phone calls trying to get me back on the SXM radio portion. I only re-subscribed to the traffic and travel portion, as I have not listened to radio in decades. My wife and I are always in the car together, and we sometimes have one or both of our children and maybe grandchildren, and our conversation, as well as dodging today's insane, hyped up and drugged out drivers, is vastly more important than some alien radio voice droning on.
