New 8th Gen owner!

Hey everyone, just picked up this '16 SL. This is my first Nissan so any tips or tricks, let me have em. I test drove alot of modern sedans and simply fell in love with this car. I'm definitely into doing mods so any advice is appreciated.

Congrats I actually just got home from the dealership. I got the s in red. Had a murano sl but lowered my pmt from 844 to 450! I can loose leather seats for that kinda savings per month lol

Welcome! My biggest tip is don't take it to a car wash and do it by hand. My paint still looks like new a year later, no swirls. that and park away from other cars.

I did this to my QX. Love the way it brings out the shine.

Well, i have used many of such products on the same car. Like Zaino, Meguiars and 2 others i have forgotten the names.

844 for a Murano? Wow, that's Mercedes territory. Very smart of you to get that payment lower. I pay 541/mo for my Maxima with no money down. My Altima was 280/mo but that car had no *****. So it's a tradeoff.

I'm not surprised, I gave Murano a good look before deciding on the maxima. I found after adding in all the options it could easily cost more than the Max. I imagine since SUVs are all the rage, incentives and dealer discounts are harder to come by.

ya it was nice but I'm 28 married and don't have kids YET so I want to have something sporty and thought the murano was kinda soccer mom ish for a 28 year old lol plus ya that pmt was stupid high. I got the max for 24,486 before tax and what not so I think I got a good deal.

Hi much of the Murano debt was rolled into the new purchase and for how long? You may have lowered your monthly payment but you may well be paying a lot more in the long run.

My dealer was really nice to me and paid quite a bit more then the murano was worth so I only carried 3k over and I put 3k down. Interest rate isn't the best but oh well lol

That's not bad then. Dealers are rarely that kind.

I posted a new thread about a question I have but it said it has to be reviewed but that was several hours ago does it usually take this long?
