2 Questions...
New 8th gen owner with a couple questions.

1. Does anyone know the dimensions of the front grille Nissan badge/emblem?

2. Is it possible to change/replace the DRL leds?

DRL is part of the headlight and is always on
there is no way to turn it off unfortunately

That's fine, i like them, i was just thinking in case an led goes bad or the strip dies, if it's possible to replace.

there are aftermarket ones, you have to take apart the headlight but it is possible to swap
