EDIT:

There response to the acquisition fee and the last sentance -

Hey **,

Thank you for getting back to me. Sorry for the delay of my repsonse, I just returned into the office. The acquisition fee is a bank fee that is required by the bank for you to finance or lease a vehicle. We have to try you a 595.00 for them. In the lease description it is saying you need to take the vehicle that day or sign papers for it to get to Nissan. To get to the lease special you would need to pay taxes up front. Did you have some time to swing by this week to go over options?

Thank You,

"Customer must take delivery and vehicle must be paid in full at time of sale."

Must make all 36 payments upfront? Huge acquisition fee?

Received a more detailed meaning of the special.

Ask what residual, money factor, and cap cost numbers they are working with. It makes no sense from where I'm sitting. I put $0 up front on my 2017 Maxima S, had huge rebates, and went below invoice.... With $1700 negative equity from getting out of my last lease early, plus the added miles (15k per year), I'm at $330 per month...

Subtract the negative equity, and the added miles and I'd be at approximately $265 per month...

And that's with THOUSANDS off my Max... They'd have to easily be taking a $10k loss on the maxima they're advertising to you, for $175 per month. Unless the "taxes" you're putting down are about $3500 out of pocket. Then you'd be getting the max for the same price as mine, with a large chunk of change out of pocket.

But it sounds like your "$0 down" is going to end up being a lot more than that.
